Data to check

Some historical parameters still need checking before choosing this species: Minimum aquarium capacity (in liters).

Dimorphism

The backbone and anal are longer and more sophisticated in the male. The termination of the upper dorsal is bright red in the male. During the love period, the dorsal and the anal of the female can become almost entirely yellow when they can just as well resemble those of the male but in a less pronounced red.

Reproduction

Every month there are about 300 small ones walking in the aquarium. But alas, they end up being eaten by other fish. I recover from time to time to have fun growing them. These are great fish.
