Pterygoplichthys Anisiti is a medium -sized fish, generally measuring between 30 and 40 centimeters in length, although some specimens can reach up to 60 centimeters in length. It has an elongated body covered with scales, with a powerful tail that allows it to swim quickly in the water.

The anise pterygoplichthys is distinguished by its pectoral and pelvic fins in the shape of suction cups, which allow it to attach itself to rocks and aquatic plants. He also has a tube -shaped mouth, which serves him to suck food in water.
