Description

Sleeped fusiform body, the males are electric blue with navy blue strips during the frai period while the females are brown.

The Sciaenochromis Fryeri fish is a freshwater fish from Malawi and Tanganyika lakes in Africa. It is a cichlid fish belonging to the Cichlidae family. The sciaenochromis Fryeri is commonly called "Electric Blue Hap" because of its electric blue color and its resemblance to the HAP fish.

The sciaenochromis Fyeri is a medium -sized fish, generally measuring between 15 and 20 cm in total length. It has an elongated body and compressed laterally, with a wide head and a mouth in the shape of a beak. The pectoral and pelvic fins are long and fine, while the dorsal and caudal fins are shorter and wider.

The sciaenochromis Fyeri is a very colorful fish, with a back and electric blue flanks, and a white lower part.
