The Ctenochaetus Strigosus, commonly known as brushed perpetrators, is a fish from the Acanthuridae family, originally from the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean. This fish has a characteristic appearance with an elongated body and laterally compressed, covered with small scales. Its color generally varies from dark brown to bright orange, with black vertical stripes on the body and lighter spots on the head and fins.

The brushed perception fish measures approximately 20 centimeters in length, although some specimens can reach up to 30 centimeters. It has a rounded caudal fin and a dorsal fin made up of two parts, the first smaller and the second largest. The brushed perception fish also has a pectoral fin located on the sides of the body, as well as an abdominal fin and an anal fin.

Brushed perceived fishing fish is mainly a herbivore, feeding on microorganisms, algae and aquatic plants. He feeds using his mouth in the shape of a beak to scrape the rocky surfaces and the corals in which he finds his food. The brushed permanent fish fish is generally lonely, although it can come together with other brushed fisheries to feed or protect themselves from predators.

Brushed perceived fishing fish is a common fish in coral reefs, where it can be found in shallow waters to a depth of 30 meters. It can also be found in lagoons and lagoons, as well as in shallow waters around the islands. Brushed permanent fish fish is an adaptable fish and can be found in a variety of habitats, including coral reefs, estuaries, mangroves and sweet rivers.

Due to its popularity as aquarium fish species, the brushed fisherman is high in captivity to be sold in the trade. However, it is important to note that aquarium fish must be carefully maintained to ensure their well-being.
