Description

Small elongated Shakes which has fans on the caudals. There are three varieties: brown, red and yellow.

The Dandrochirus Brachyprus fish is a fish from the Pteroinae family, native to the warm and tropical waters of the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. This fish is also known as a short-finished fin fish, due to its distinctive morphology with short pectoral fins and longer pelvic fins.

The Dandrochirus brachyprus fish has a side -cut body, with a wide head and a mouth lined with pointed teeth. Its color generally varies between brown, gray and dark blue, with stains and lighter stripes on the body. Short fin-finishing fish can measure up to 20 centimeters in length, although most individuals measure approximately 15 centimeters.

The Dandrochirus brachyprus fish is an opportunistic predator who feeds on crustaceans, molluscs and small fish. This fish hunting in groups and can be aggressive when hungry. Short fins of short fins can also feed on carors and organic waste, which allows it to survive in environments where food is rare.
