The aquarium plant Aegagropila Linnaei, also known as "sheep must", is a kind of aquatic plant of Japanese origin. It is characterized by very thin and silver leaves which float on the surface of the water. These leaves are in fact colonies of tiny unicellular algae called cladophora which merged together to form a compact massif.
