Bacopa rotundifolia

Bacopa rotundifolia

Description

Even if it is sometimes very available, it is not an easy maintenance plant. It requires a lot of light and iron fertilization as much in the substrate as in the composition of water. The leaves are pale, long green, and oval in shape. The leaves and the stem are very fragile and should be manipulated with delicacy, especially during transport. The parts that are damaged will simply rot. If part of the plant is damaged, the whole plant will rot.

Bacopa Rotundifolia is a slow growth aquarium plant that belongs to the Plantaginaceae family. It has round and shiny light -colored leaves with dark green and tiny flowers of white or blue color. Bacopa Rotundifolia is often used in aquariums to filter water and provide a habitat for fish and other inhabitants of the aquarium. It can also be used to add color and texture to the aquarium.
