Description

The Longifolia Barclaya aquarium plant is a freshwater water plant with persistent leaves. It has smooth and dark green leaves, in the shape of a heart, which are approximately 10 centimeters in length and 5 centimeters in width.

This plant has fine and long rods, which can reach up to 40 centimeters in length. They are generally fixed at the bottom of the aquarium or rooted in a substrate.

Longifolia barclaya rarely flowers in aquarium, but when it does, it produces white bell -shaped flowers that appear on long peduncles.

This plant needs moderate lighting and a nutritive substrate to push properly. It is often used as a background plant in aquariums to create beautiful plant cover.
