Description

The Cordata Cryptocoryne is an aquarium plant commonly known as cryptocoryne in a pig's tail. It is a perennial plant that belongs to the Araceae family. It can reach about 20 cm high and has heart -shaped leaves with wavy edges. The leaves are generally dark green with dark brown, with a lighter base and a pink or purple edge. The Cordata Cryptocoryne also produces inflorescences in the shape of a spathe, which resemble flowers, but which are in fact male and female reproductive organs combined on the same plant.
