Description

The rosette of filiform leaves is carried by a short rhizome. In the armpit of a tiny leaf, an adventive plant develops. This often forms juvenile shoots. This forms several bunk floors. To obtain beautiful copies, they must be kept in a sweet, under an average lighting.

Eleocharis Vivipara is an aquarium plant with fine and light green leaves. It has small flexible stems which can reach up to 15 cm in height. Its roots are fine and white, and extend widely in the aquarium to feed on nutrients dissolved in water.

This plant is suitable for life in aquatic environment thanks to its air -filled leaves which allow it to float on the surface of the water. She is also able to reproduce in a viviparous way, that is to say by producing plants directly on her stems, without going through the germination of seeds.

It is very easy to maintain and suit most aquariums. It can be placed in the background or in floor cover, and will add a touch of color and texture to your aquarium. It is also useful for absorbing excessive nutrients and helping maintain clean and clear water.
