Acipenser nudiventris (River sturgeon, smooth belly)
Description
The Acissenger Nudiventris fish, also known as the naked sturgeon, is a freshwater fish from the Ecipseridae family. He is from Central Asia and is mainly found in love, Dniepr and Volga rivers. It is a very wide and imposing fish, with a length of up to 2.7 meters and a weight of up to 150 kilograms. The skin of the Nudiventris Acissess is generally gray or dark brown, with lighter spots on the back and the sides. The head of the fish is wide and flat, with sunk and a huge mouth that allows it to easily capture its prey.
The body of the Acisserer Nudiventris fish is covered with scales which are larger and harder than those of other fish. This characteristic allows him to resist the attacks of predators. Fish also has a long and thorny dorsal fin, as well as a short and rounded ventral fin. The pectoral and pelvic fins are relatively small and are located under the body of the fish.
The Acisserer Nudiventris feeds mainly on fish, crustaceans and molluscs. He uses his wide mouth to suck his prey in water. Fish also has a very developed smell, which allows it to detect prey remotely. It is generally lonely and slowly moves in shallow waters to hunt.
Acisserer Nudiventris fish is considered a endangered species due to the overfishing and destruction of its natural habitat. Many conservation programs have been implemented in order to protect this endangered species. Despite these efforts, the population of Acisperter Nudiventris continues to decrease.
