Description

Acisserer Ruthenus fish is a cold water fish that lives mainly in rivers and lakes from Eastern European and Asia. It is a fish from the family of Acipsériforms, which also includes the species known as caviar, as the Acissesser Strio and Acissess it Gueldenstaedtii.

The Acisseer Ruthenus fish is also known as Sterlet, a name that comes from the Russian "Sterlyad", which means "little Sturgeon". It is a small fish, with adults who generally measure between 30 and 90 centimeters in length, although some individuals can reach a length of 1.5 meters. The Acisserer Ruthenus fish has an elongated body and compressed laterally, with a large head and a mouth in the shape of a beak.

The Acissess Ruthenus fish has a dark gray color on the top and white on the belly, with dark spots dispersed on the body. The fish scales are thick and smooth, with an oval shape and a serrated border. Acisserer Ruthenus fish also has a single dorsal fin, located at the back of the body, as well as pectoral and pelvic fins.

Impossible in aquarium because of the lack of space. In the nature of the Ruthenus Fraie in May and June on Suboulis substrate. The species is very productive (11,000 to 135,000 eggs.) The fry hatch after 4 to 5 days.
