Cirrhitichthys oxycephalus (Fine-headed fluffy)

These small fish shave the bottom, perched on their reinforced lower pectoral rays but, unlike most background fish, they are very active, often changing space relentlessly. Perched on overhanging blocks or branches of coral, they hold ambushed and motionless, waiting for their prey, by clinging with their pectoral fins. He seems to be part of the reef and if a tiny shrimp passes through, the Fat Fish launches forward as the arrow of an arc, taking its victim by surprise. It has skin filaments or cirrahes at the ends of the dorsal fin.

Cirrhitichthys oxycece fish is a fish from the cirrhitid family, which is mainly found in the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean. It is commonly known as sea perception, due to its head in the shape of a parrot beak and its tail in the shape of parrot fins.

Sea fish fish is characterized by its elongated and slender body, covered with shiny scales which give it a sparkling appearance under the light. Its color generally varies from dark blue to dark gray on top, while the belly is lighter, often white or pale yellow. The head of the sea-sealer fish is wide and flat, with a nose in the shape of a beak and round and prominent eyes. The mouth is small and protractile, which allows it to easily capture prey.

Sea fish finish is also characteristic of its appearance. The dorsal fin is thorny and erected, while the pectoral and pelvic fins are wide and flattened, which gives them the appearance of parrot fins. The caudal fin, or tail, is long and narrow, with side lobes which allow it to swim quickly and strictly in the water.

Sea fish fishing is mainly found in the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean, where it prefers rocky funds and coral reefs. It is generally lonely and can be found slowly swimming near the bottom of the ocean, in search of prey. Sea fish fish is mainly feeding small crustaceans, molluscs and fish, which it captures using its protractile mouth to quickly grasp its prey.

Due to its beauty and grace in water, sea fishing fish is often a popular choice for domestic aquariums. However, it can be difficult to keep in captivity because of its specific food needs and its tendency to be aggressive towards other fish.
