Description

The Hydrocynus Vittatus fish, also known as the giant Piranha or Piranha of the Congo, is a freshwater fish which is mainly found in the rivers of the Congo, in Central Africa. It is a lonely fish that has a fairly impressive appearance, with an elongated and muscular body and sharp teeth that allow it to shred its food.

The Hydrocynus Vittatus has a dark gray coloring on top and white below, with dark spots on the sides.
