Description

Vallisneria Americana is a fast -growing aquarium plant from North America. It is often called "Vallis" or "elephant grass". This plant is characterized by dark green tape sheets which can reach up to 1 meter in length. The leaves are generally smooth, but some varieties have wavy or crenellated leaves. The Vallisneria Americana also produces inflorescences in the shape of a cluster, which carry white or pink flowers.
