Leporinus Frederici is a freshwater fish which is mainly found in rivers and ponds in South America. It is a fairly imposing fish, generally measuring between 25 and 30 cm long, although some specimens can reach up to 40 cm. The Leporinus Frederici has an elongated and compressed form laterally, which allows it to easily sneak in plant environments where it is often hidden. His dress is generally gray-green with dark spots spread over the whole body, and it has two black vertical strips on the sides.
