Description

This worm is pink so easy to spot but when it is in pink anemones it is not found.

Priapulus caudatus is an invertebrate belonging to the class of phenomenist. It measures about 1 cm long and has a cylindrical body covered with a hard and limestone shell. He has a single pair of short and steep legs, located at the front of his body, and uses these legs to slowly move on the seabed.

The most characteristic of Priapulus caudatus is his great outgrowth located at the front of his body, resembling a penis.
