Description

A bit like the rainbow crab my hairy with red spots

The paluse crabus is a medium -sized crustacean, generally 5 to 8 cm long. It has a dark brown or black shell with white or yellow stripes, and thick and robust legs. Its pliers are wide and powerful, ideal for catching and dissecting its food. The paluse crabus is mainly found in swamps and wetlands, where it feeds on aquatic plants, molluscs and small fish. He is able to swim on the surface of the water thanks to his birthday legs and is also able to move on earth using his pliers to propel himself. The paluse Crabus is generally lonely and territorial, but can regroup in small groups to reproduce.
